Yellow beans with garlic

Ingredients

  • 500 g yellow beans frozen

  • 2-3 garlic cloves

  • chopped parsley

  • salt to taste

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30–60 seconds, stirring constantly, until fragrant. Do not let it brown.
  3. Add the yellow beans and cook for 5–8 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
  4. Season with salt to taste.
  5. Stir in the chopped parsley just before serving.

Serve warm as a side dish with grilled meat, fish, roasted potatoes, or crusty bread. For extra flavor, you can add a squeeze of lemon juice or a pinch of black pepper before serving.
