🇺🇸This is the best way to enjoy a juicy steak without too much effort. It’s easy, simple, and quite quick. Here’s a juicy air fryer steak recipe using the @meatermade MEATER wireless smart thermometer, so you can get a perfect bite every time.

Season your meat and start cooking. Insert the probe into the steak, place it in the air fryer basket, and open the MEATER app. Select your target temperature for the steak (e.g., Medium Rare: 135°F /57°C internal).
Cook for 8–12 minutes, flipping halfway, or until the MEATER app tells you to remove it. (The exact time will vary based on the thickness of the steak and the model of your air fryer.)
When the MEATER app alerts you, remove the steak and let it rest for 3–5 minutes. The app will guide you through this process. It’s the best thing ever!
***Optional: During the resting period, you can top the steak with a pat of butter and fresh rosemary or thyme for extra flavour.

Tripe soup - Ciorbă de burtă
A traditional and flavorful tripe soup recipe, inspired by Eastern European and Balkan cuisines — especially the beloved Romanian Ciorbă de burtă or Balkan-style tripe soup. It’s rich, tangy, and comforting.
Here is my recipe!
Ingredients:
* 900g cleaned beef tripe (preferably honeycomb tripe)
* 1 beef bone with marrow ( beef bone broth is good as well)
* 1 large onion, whole (peeled)
* 1 parsnip, peeled
* 1 parsley root, peeled
* 3 carrots, peeled
* water enough to cover all the vegetables( around ~ 4l of water )
* 3–5 garlic cloves, minced
* 2egg yolks
* 200 ml sour cream ( you can add more if you want)
* 2–3 tbsp vinegar( or pickled water )
* Salt and black pepper, to taste
* 1 bay leaf (optional)
* Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) I used frozen
* Pickled peppers chopped
Instructions:
In a large pot (or pressure cooker), add the beef bones, whole onion, carrots, celery, parsnip, bay leaf, and enough water to fully cover the ingredients.
Tip: I used a pressure cooker from @tefalromania — everything cooked perfectly in just 15 minutes. Super easy and convenient!
Once cooked, remove the beef bones and discard the vegetables and bay leaf. I like to strain the broth for a clearer soup.
In a separate pot, sauté a grated carrot in 1 tablespoon of oil until softened. Pour the strained broth over the carrot and bring it to a gentle simmer.
If you’re using precooked tripe (a great time-saver from your local butcher or supermarket), add it now and let it heat through for a few minutes ( or until the tripe is cooked) .
For a perfect garlic flavor, place smashed garlic cloves in a small strainer or spice ball and let them steep in the hot soup for about 10 minutes. Then remove — this infuses the soup gently without overpowering it.
In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and sour cream. Gradually add a ladle of hot broth to the mixture while whisking continuously — this step tempers the eggs and prevents curdling.
Slowly pour the tempered mixture into the pot, stirring constantly over low heat. Be careful not to let the soup boil after adding the egg mixture

Ingredients:

Linguine with Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients (for 2 medium servings, approximately 700 calories per serving):
* 500g uncooked shrimp (weighed)
* 150g uncooked/dried linguine
* 2 tablespoons seasoning of your choice
* 50g butter
Instructions:
1. Cook the Linguine:
* Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
* Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
* Reserve some pasta water before draining.
2. Cook the Shrimp:
* In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
* Add the shrimp and sprinkle with the seasoning of your choice.
* Sauté for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp turn pink.
3. Combine:
* Add the drained linguine to the pan with the shrimp.
* Pour in the reserved pasta water to create a light sauce, stirring gently to coat the pasta.
4. Serve:
* Plate the linguine with shrimp immediately.
* Garnish with fresh herbs, a squeeze of lemon, or grated cheese if desired.

Ingrediente (pentru 2 porții medii, aproximativ 700 de calorii per porție):
* 500 g creveți nefierți (cântăriți)
* 150 g linguine nefierte/uscate
* 2 linguri de condimente la alegere
* 50 g de unt
Instrucțiuni:
1. Gătiți linguine:
* Aduceți o oală mare cu apă sărată la fierbere.
* Adăugați linguine și gătiți-le conform instrucțiunilor de pe ambalaj până când sunt al dente.
* Păstrați puțină apă din apa de la paste înainte de a le scurge.
2. Gătiți creveții:
* Într-o tigaie mare, topiți untul la foc mediu.
* Adăugați creveții și presărați cu condimentele la alegere.
* Căliți timp de 2-3 minute pe fiecare parte, până când creveții devin roz.
3. Combinați:
* Adăugați linguine scurse în tigaie împreună cu creveții.
* Turnați apa de la paste păstrată pentru a crea un sos ușor, amestecând ușor pentru a acoperi pastele.
4. Porții:
* Așezați imediat creveții pe farfurie.
* Decorați cu ierburi proaspete, puțină lămâie sau brânză rasă, dacă doriți.
