Omelette with pork belly and spring onions (Omletă țărănească )

Gather your ingredients—eggs, spring onions, pork belly fat, salt, and pepper. You can also add other ingredients like cheese or herbs if you like.

Slice the pork belly fat into thin pieces. Chop the spring onions finely.

In a skillet, cook the pork belly fat over medium heat until it becomes crispy.

In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. In to the pan pour in the beaten eggs with half of the chopped spring onions and let them bake a little.

Slide it onto a plate and enjoy your savory omelette!
